In the recently published World Trademark Review article, “Going Phishing: Countering Fraudulent Campaigns,” CSC® expert Malia Ladd, global director, Brand Protection and Enforcement, shares why securing digital assets is a MUST—especially considering the October 2017 U.S. Department of Homeland Security Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance (DMARC) policy and the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) going into effect May 25, 2018.

Educating employees to recognize phishing emails before they click is the first line of defense, but brands don’t have to go about protecting, detecting, and enforcing digital asset rights alone when CSC can help.
