Corporation Service Company® (CSC®) has been recognized as the world’s pre-eminent trademark searching and watching service organization, topping a survey conducted by leading industry publication World Trademark Review.
Through its “Watching the Watchers” survey, World Trademark Review polled nearly 700 global clients to assess their satisfaction with their trademark service providers. Although individual scores have not been released, World Trademark Review reports that only a handful of trademark companies rose to the top of the rankings. While two companies reached ‘bronze’ status and two others were categorized as ‘silver,’ CSC alone achieved the highest ‘gold’ award.
Not surprisingly, World Trademark Review found that reliability of systems, swift response times and promptness of reminders are what matter most to customers. For searching and watching specifically, more than 90% of respondents said they valued foreign language proficiency. Round-the-clock online access to information was also cited as a major client preference, given the scope and fast pace of our global economy.
“We’re thrilled that World Trademark Review’s survey has independently recognized the value our clients receive from us,” said Mark Calandra, CSC Digital Brand Services vice president. “It’s an honor of which we’re especially proud.”
“Client satisfaction is paramount for CSC,” Calandra added. “Customers have plenty of choice when it comes to sourcing trademark intelligence. We believe that we stand apart not just in the quality of information we provide, but in the way we deliver it and our responsiveness to our clients’ needs.”
